Hello Middle Earth!

Hello.

You don't know me. But if you give me a chance,  maybe I'll be famous. And you can help me achieve that. Maybe my experiences will get turned into a script and then, Hollywood, here I come!

I haven't seen a blog by the fathers (okay, I didn't bother to check)., so I decided to start one.
I had a previous blog that's basically dead now. And I don't intend to resurrect it. So I'm starting fresh.

So what makes me an authority? I'm a  30-something year old married, heterosexual male, with a 20-month old son. I'm no expert but I'll share my experiences. I'm a Malaysian Chinese, and not particularly religious. Official documents state my religion as "Buddhist" but I guess I'm "Taoist".

Oh. I'm also abit of geek. I love movies, TV shows, comics, action figures, etc. I think you'll figure it out. Expect plenty of movie, TV series and other pop-culture references in my posts.

I think I'm fairly intelligent but I haven't been MENSA tested. To be honest, getting a result that says I have below average IQ would scare the shit out of me (oops).

Join me on my journey. I hope I'm not the only one, maybe we (us cool dads) can exchange notes. But be warned, I'm gonna go all out, no holds barred (I think). I'm gonna cuss and swear whenever appropriate. (Besides, there are unconfirmed reports that cussing/swearing are a sign of intelligence).
